Getting started

Your first hour with Vellier.

  1. Choose your trade. Vellier sets its wording, menus and job templates to match. You can change it later in Settings › Company and brand.
  2. Add your company details. Your name, logo, address and VAT number appear on quotes and invoices.
  3. Set your prices. Your rates and materials, or start from the price list for your trade and check it against your own costs.
  4. Invite your team. Each person gets a role that decides what they can see.
  5. Send your first quote. Clients read and sign proposals online.
