Your data belongs to you. Where it's kept, how to export it and how it's deleted.

Your business's data belongs to you. Vellier looks after it for you and only uses it to run the service.
The Vellier privacy notice, Data Processing Agreement and list of subprocessors set out the detail.
You can take it with you
Export your clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and documents at any time. If you leave, you can download everything first.
Questions about your data, or a request to see or delete it: email [email protected]. To delete your account, see delete your account.
When you leave
When an account is closed, its data is deleted after a short grace period, so a mistake can be put right. Backups expire on their normal schedule.
Your clients' information
You are in charge of your clients' information and Vellier processes it for you. Your client portal includes a privacy notice in your company's name, and clients can ask you for their information or to have it removed.
Price data
Cost guides and price checks only ever use anonymised figures from many firms: no client, company or cost details, and only once enough firms are behind a figure that no one firm can be picked out.
This website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and doesn't load anything from other companies. If you fill in a form we keep what you sent, and you can remove it from the link in our email. See the website privacy policy and cookie policy.
