Cookie policy
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The try-it demos set one sign-in cookie on vellier.app, only when you open one.

The law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, PECR, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) says we must tell you about anything we store on, or read from, your device, and ask first unless it's strictly necessary for something you've asked for.
The short version
- This website (vellier.co.uk) sets no cookies at all.
- It doesn't use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media buttons.
- It doesn't store anything else in your browser either (no local storage or session storage).
- It doesn't load anything from other companies: the fonts, pictures and scripts all come from this website.
- That's why there's no cookie banner. There's nothing to agree to.
The try-it demos (vellier.app)
When you press Try the demo (or Open this demo), your browser goes to the Vellier app at vellier.app, which signs you in to a shared sample company. To keep you signed in as you click around, vellier.app sets one cookie:

It's set only if you open a demo, and only on vellier.app, never on this website. It's strictly necessary for the demo you asked to open, so PECR doesn't require us to ask first. It can't be read by other websites (it's marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax).
If your browser is already signed in to a real Vellier business, we show you a page first explaining that opening a demo will sign you out there.
Once you're inside the demo, you're using the Vellier app, and its own cookies and storage notice applies. For example, the app remembers screen preferences such as light or dark mode.
The forms
When you send the register interest, tester or demo call form, the details go straight to Vellier's system on vellier.app. No cookie is set, before or after. See our website privacy policy for what happens to your details.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as the sources for the prices in our cost calculator. Those websites have their own cookie policies, which apply once you've left this one.
Clearing cookies
You can delete the demo cookie, or block cookies altogether, in your browser's settings. The demo won't work without it, but this website will work exactly the same.
If this changes
If we ever add anything that needs your agreement, such as analytics, we'll update this policy first and ask you before setting anything.
