Certificates kept with the job
- Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC): New circuits, consumer unit changes and rewires (BS 7671).
- Minor Works Certificate (MWC): Additions or alterations to an existing circuit.
- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR): Condition codes C1, C2, C3, FI. Landlords: every 5 years.
- Building regulations notification (Part P): England and Wales, via a competent person scheme. Scotland: building standards / warrant instead.
