Your team and what they can see

Inviting people

Open Settings › Team and permissions and invite each person by email. They get a link to set a password, then sign in on the web or the phone app.

Roles decide what each person sees

Everyone has a role, and the role decides what they can see and do. Someone on site might see their tasks, timesheets and daily reports, but not prices, invoices or other people's pay. You choose what each role includes.

Subcontractors

Add the firms you use in Settings › Trades and subcontractors, give them work on a job and record their bills. If you pay them under CIS, Vellier works out the deductions.

Two-step sign-in

Owners can require two-step sign-in (an authenticator app, a text or an email code). It's one of the simplest ways to keep your business and your clients' details safe.

When someone leaves

Remove their access in Settings › Team and permissions. Their work, timesheets and reports stay with your business.
