The client portal
What your clients see, and what they never see.
Every client can have their own portal: a private page where they can follow their job without ringing you for an update.
What clients can see
- their proposals, signed documents and invoices
- the project diary, made from your team's daily reports and photos
- colour choices, where you've asked them to choose (decorators and interior designers)
- variations waiting for their approval
- invoices to pay online, if you've set up card or bank payments
What clients never see
Your costs, margins, supplier prices, internal notes, timesheets, or anything else you haven't chosen to share.
Inviting a client
Open the client's record and invite them to the portal. They get an email with a link to sign in. You decide when to invite them.
Your privacy notice
The portal shows a privacy notice in your company's name, which you can edit in Settings. You're in charge of your clients' information, and Vellier looks after it for you.
